- Oversee the inventory and stock management of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Train and mentor stewards, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.
- Coordinate with other departments to support the overall functioning of the hotel/resort.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in stewarding and kitchen management.
