Summary

Expeditors are the liaison between Front of House and Back of House operations. They uphold standards to ensure guests are receiving a quality product in our outlets. Expeditors work closely with the Culinary team and are the final approval before food goes out on the floor. Expeditors always hold the FOH team accountable, making sure that food is delivered timely and doesn't sit in the window for too long. The expeditor will also help call out orders and run food as necessary.
