Summary
The Event Planning Coordinator will assist the Event Planning Managers in all aspects of planning and servicing events. Responsibilities include coordinating VIP needs, amenities, planning visits, and detailing programs to include menus, set up and other details. Will also assist with maintaining accurate forecasting for both rooms and food & beverage. Responsible for responding and distributing incoming leads. Responsible for acting as primary contact for small catering groups to manage all event details from planning, to onsite for post stay and bill review.
Qualifications

- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Prefer 18 months hotel experience
- Excel and Canva proficiency preferred
