Job Summary:
We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people.
Please join our Banquets team as an On-Call Banquet Server.
The hourly rate is $15.95/hour, plus gratuity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, setting up equipment, and preparing the venue as needed.
- Work flexible hours based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries courteously and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Perform any additional duties as required by supervisors or event organizers.
