We are seeking dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests during events and special occasions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Set up banquet rooms as per event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next course
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the banquet area
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in food handling and food safety practices
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and customer service etiquette
- Familiarity with guest relations in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or catering setting
- Basic understanding of coffee service and food preparation techniques
