Market team members are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences.This individual will prepare food and beverages in accordance with menu standards and will handle payments. This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability, including weekends and holiday.
Located across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center, Hyatt Regency Phoenix places downtown Phoenix at your feet. We offer 693 reimagined rooms or suites, offering a new modern residential design and oversized windows viewing the surrounding mountains and cityscape.

- Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- Greet participants as they walk into market and restaurant
- Create a positive experience for all guest and exceed expectations when possible
- Follow Hyatt Standards in market service
- Obtain food & beverage orders from participants using POS system
- Adhere to all safety and health company requirements
- Ensure opening, ongoing, and closing side work is complete
- Passionate about coffee and tea service and willing to learn new trends
- Willing to support in other areas such as in-room dining, restaurant and bar

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
