Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate policies.
- Manage room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Conduct revenue management analysis and generate reports to evaluate business strategies.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement promotions and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure pre-arrival guest preferences are obtained and effectively communicated to relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, corporate clients, and third-party booking platforms.
- Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered in all reservation-related interactions.
- Train, mentor, and develop the Reservations team to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance business performance.

Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management- preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager, or Assistant Front Office Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
- Knowledge of current market trends, competitive landscape, and social media.
