As theGroup Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive Sales Success:
- Proactively sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and Hyatt services to groups of 100 rooms on peak.
- Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure favorable terms aligned with business goals.
- Build new relationships and nurture existing ones with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
- Deliver Exceptional Service:
- Conduct site visits, present tailored proposals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives.
- Lead with Expertise:
- Provide insights through accurate sales reports and market analysis.
- Represent Hyatt at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen our market presence.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel group sales, with expertise in handling groups of 100 rooms on peak.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to exceed production goals and deliver results.
- Knowledge of sales process and the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiency in general computer systems and Hyatt-specific tools (training provided).
- A true passion for hospitality and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed to represent Hyatt.
