Key Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable, tailored recommendations and assist with dining, activity, and transportation reservations
- Greet and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Offer directions, hotel information, and personalized suggestions for a variety of guest needs
- Leverage strong knowledge of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area—including restaurants, outdoor activities, events, and entertainment—to enhance the guest experience
- Support special requests and help create custom experiences that exceed expectations
- Maintain familiarity with resort amenities, local events, and regional points of interest
- Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in the lobby and concierge area
- A true desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area, including seasonal activities, restaurants, and local points of interest
- Ability to engage in friendly, confident, and refined communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer systems (e.g., hotel software, reservation systems, internet research)
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior concierge, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
