The Stewarding Supervisor is an integral part of the hotel’s Culinary and Food & Beverage team. This person plays an essential role in assisting with the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a diverse team of colleagues
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware, and cookware.
• Assists stewarding manager with keeping an organized accurate inventory throughout the hotel areas.
• Act as a liaison between kitchen and banquet departments ensuring food safety protocols are met.
• Stocking and pushing hot boxes for banquet events in a timely manner.
• Ensure food replenishment is handled in a timely manner
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
