Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel management or resort settings.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
