Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, manage accounting functions, and lead financial and capital planning, budgeting, month-end close, and cash management.
- Internal Controls & Risk: Ensure adherence to HMA terms, maintain sound internal controls, and segregate duties.
- Operational Leadership: Mentor and coach the finance team, develop future leaders, empower employees with financial insights, and supervise IT and Procurement functions.
- Business Partner: Collaborate with management to devise strategic initiatives, nurture relationships with stakeholders, and drive value to stakeholders.
The starting salary for this position is $128,800.00. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
