- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to office manager and director
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create requested forms per office manager and director
- Ensure a clean and welcoming lobby area and common areas for visitors and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and managing phone systems is essential.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in typing encouraged
- Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records is important.
- Experience in creating resumes, completing job applications and calling clients encouraged
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
