Overview:
After two successful openings, we’re hiring a talented Sous Chef to join the team at one of our client's vibrant Manhattan locations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing concept where creativity is celebrated, and leadership is valued.
What You’ll Do:

Lead by example in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen

Oversee scheduling, food preparation, and quality control

Assist in menu development and food cost management

Supervise and train back-of-house staff to maintain top-tier culinary standards

Create a positive, team-focused environment

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
About You:

2–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook
-
Strong experience with brunch, lunch, and dinner service
-
Skilled in team training and development (This can be learned)

Passionate about maintaining quality and consistency
-
NYC Food Handler’s License required
-
NYC restaurant experience is preferred but not required
