What is my role?
This position will provide graphic support for the Branded Graphics team, focusing on Womens Outdoor brands as well as other graphic needs within the department. Graphic Designer will be required to function within a team environment as well as working on projects independently. Experience working with outdoor lifestyle brands, particularly in the graphic market will serve this role well as we are frequently called on to explore a variety of aesthetics and trends to meet the needs of our brand and retail partners. This person will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment as we look to grow our brands.
The ideal candidate will have strong freehand sketching / drawing skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently to complete projects. This individual will be a collaborative team player that is familiar with the womens outdoor market and aware of key players, trends and activities within that market. Strong typography and design skills are a must, along with a good sense of color and composition.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-trend and customer appropriate artwork for womens outdoor brands on weekly basis based on customer and seasonal requests
- Prepare print ready artwork for sizing and CAD files
- Follow all established operating procedures
- Conduct trend research & Shopping Reports to identify the latest and upcoming trends
- Collaborate with graphics team on projects
