We are a full-service media and creative agency specialising in Higher Education. We currently have 5 offices across the globe including Philadelphia, Bristol (UK), Sydney, Kuala Lumpur & Nepal. After a significant amount of recent investment, we find ourselves in a high-growth phase of the business where we are looking to scale our teams globally. The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to move into our new office space in the heart of Philadelphia. With our unique, innovative digital advertising products for higher education and technology. We require an experienced Sales Manager who is a tenacious and energetic hunter, with the desire to drive new business. You will work collaboratively with your team to drive a results-driven team culture by promoting accountability, open communication, and a commitment to company values.

With effective product training, support and mentoring provided, you will be pitching, negotiating and closing deals to increase your client portfolio and earnings. In addition, you will be managing team success, providing mentorship, maintaining team culture and helping lead the team to success. Hybrid offers a market-leading, uncapped commission scheme combined with training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Sales Development to build upon your experience and quickly develop your product and market understanding.
  • Work with the Director of Sales Development to maintain our current processes
  • Motivate, mentor, and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through coaching, feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrate best practices in sales techniques, customer engagement, and teamwork, setting a high standard for professionalism, work ethic, and client service.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture by promoting accountability, open communication, and a commitment to company values.
  • Negotiate and close on personal deals while providing assistance closing on the wider teams deals.
  • Effectively manage new business pipeline to provide accurate reporting to senior staff
  • Work with the Director of Sales Development and Talent Acquisition Partner to build and lead a successful sales team


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales figures within a 360 closing role
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience leading and managing New Business Sales Development team’s (outbound)
  • Focused, High Energy, with a relentless desire to win new business
  • Persuasive, articulate and agile communicator, able to build rapport with senior stakeholders and understand business needs
  • Hunter's mentality and able to demonstrate a capability to succeed in a high-volume outbound sales
  • A team leader and positive influence in any working environment
