Hybros LLC is seeking a dedicated IT Field Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering and setting up equipment and printers for clients. This role will involve a combination of local travel and in-office work, providing IT support to our clients and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and set up IT equipment and printers at client sites.
- When not traveling, work in our Bensalem office providing help desk support, taking support calls, and managing issues in our ticketing system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Professional IT experience required; certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network ) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and provide professional references.
