We are a Signal Processing / RF analysis company. Our niche primarily uses signal processing languages (C and X-MIDAS) to perform RF reverse engineering through signal processing, Electronic Warfare, and electronic attack using Software Defined Radios, FPGA, and embedded devices. We are developing next-generation EW capabilities for the Warfighter, applying cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms to the evolving Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) domain. Cognitive EW technologies and distributed processing will be essential to address the current and near-future array of advanced EMS signals to support the Warfighter. Qualified candidates will gain experience in the full life cycle of product development including requirements definition, system design, implementation, algorithm development, verification, and maintenance of technical EW or SIGINT processing systems. As an enthusiastic software engineer on an expanding program with multiple agile development teams, you’ll collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and fellow team members in a dynamic environment to build mission-critical applications to reduce risk and complexity across a broad software ecosystem. Your role will involve developing automated solutions that streamline integration and testing processes, simplifying delivery, speeding up release cycles, and ensuring functionality. Key responsibilities include :
Building and managing an automated test framework encompassing test scripts, agile progress tracking, and system health metrics.
Establishing quality assurance processes and checkpoints to support seamless integration and verification with operational teams. Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
5 years of relevant experience.
Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph.
Knowledge of Front-end UI development platforms like React, Angular, Ext Js, Redux, Material-UI, NPM, and Yarn.
Proficiency with AWS services, automated testing tools (e.g., Jest, Unit, Selenium, Cypress), and interface testing.
Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Visual Basic Script, Bash, Korn Shell and C Shell
Experience with mission management systems and related operations.
Effective communication skills for team-based collaboration.
Proven expertise in cloud and on-premises cloud environments.
Familiarity with Atlassian Suite tools.
Security certification or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in agile development, particularly using Kanban for iteration planning.
Knowledge of IC processes, policies, and standards.
Background in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Familiarity with automated and UI testing for application validation.
