Hydradry Inc. was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Damage Specialists! We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to help our team grow. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation and restoration. Our expanding company is seeking an operations manager to join our leadership team that can follow the loss from the mold/water/fire mitigation of the home back to its pre-loss condition.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Senior Project Director with following up on all assigned jobs and take care of customer needs
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly and accurately to Job system (MICA)
- Ensure all customer expectations are met
- Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Properly set-up procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring job details are captured through picture and documented.
- If you're Trained in MICA, & able to do sketches will boost your position.
- Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions.
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills.
- Driving a company vehicle as needed.
- Upholding all company safety policies.
- Upholding all company policies and procedures.
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Water Extraction.
- Performing demolitions and light construction tasks.
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
- Capture job details through picture and written documentation
- Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
- Communicating with the board and the team about shifting company priorities and projects.
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Must be willing to travel at a moment’s notice
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to drive a company vehicle (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Restoration: 2 years (Preferred)
- IICRC WRT/ASD (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass a Respiratory Fit Test
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On-Call
- Weekends (When Needed)
- Overtime (When Needed)
