What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at Hydraflow?
Overall Purpose: The Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Facilities Manager
- Procure supplies and materials based on the needs of the Maintenance department
- Support the Maintenance department with ongoing projects
- Complete general office admin tasks
- Maintain excellent team-oriented working relationships among all Hydraflow employees
- Adhere to 5S Standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety
Other Duties:
- Other duties based on the needs of the Maintenance Department
