What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Lab Technician position at Hydraforce?

A commitment to the HydraForce mission statement
Support design engineers in assembling all manner of valves from the HF product line
Receive, pick, and stock parts using 4th shift
Responsible for laboratory stock shelves and piece part flow in the lab
Manage multiple tasks and engineer requests simultaneously
Change Loctite, wash fluid, O-rings, and keep assembly area clean and organized
Work with the lab engineer to add necessary tools and fixtures for prototype assembly
Be familiar with Q pulse to look up assembly plans to figure out how to build certain valves.
Set up stamp machine and stamp parts using a Pro Pen
Assist engineers in managing part orders as they arrive in the laboratory.
Manage Engineering Lab Request details through Salesforce.
Salesforce training will be provided.
Comfortable communicating in a team environment with other technicians and engineers
Comfortable taking a wide variety of instruction from different engineers on valve assembly
Ability to work under constantly changing workloads, at times under time constraints and pressure
Ability to prioritize work when workload is high
Comfortable working independently with only minimal instruction and supervision
2 years of HydraForce assembly experience, preferably across several product lines
Able to use 4th shift
Able to use Q pulse
Familiar with how to use a computer for e-mail, saving files, etc.
