HPS is seeking immediate hire for a full-time hybrid general labor position. This position for general labor will assist in supporting the overall operations, including, but not limited to, the disassembly of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves. This person will also aid in supporting the Remanufacturing Department by the processing of daily Reman work orders and the refurbishment of wear components.

The Position requires the following Skillset(s)

Remanufacturing :
- Operate Sand/bead blaster
- Operate Industrial parts washer
- Operate ID Ring Grinder

Teardown (Disassembly):

- Strip fittings, couplings, hoses and assemblies from cores
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate hand and small power tools/equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Use torch conservatively
- Place parts into individual bins
- Hi Lo support as needed
- Provide feedback/suggestion to improve processes
- Perform departmental maintenance
- Maintain warehouse organization

Physical requirements:
- The ability to lift and carry 50 pounds from floor level to waist level.
- The ability to stand on your feet for most of the day. (8 hours)
- The ability to bend, crouch, squat, and reach overhead.

- The ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly and accurately.

- The ability to maintain attention to detail.
