SALARY RANGES : $100 000 - $130 000 / year
GENERAL SUMMARY
The IT Lead SAP – Sales and Service is responsible for overall support of SAP Order to Cash, Customer Service, and eCommerce application systems. Responsibilities include identifying improvements in business processes, implementation, training, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a deep understanding of SAP system knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Support the SAP Order to Cash Modules for day-to-day business activities and help to implement new projects.
- Support the Customer Service and eCommerce applications with a focus on the integration with SAP for day-to-day business activities and help to implement new projects.
- Manage the SAP Managed Service Provider(s) resources to mitigate incidents and implement improvements in the SAP Order to Cash Modules and Customer Service and eCommerce Applications.
- Coordinate with Vendors to support integrated applications related to SAP Order to Cash Modules and Customer Service and eCommerce Applications.
- Work with other resources in optimizing the business process for more efficient SAP utilization.
- Identify improvements in business processes, and work with business users and technical resources to implement the same.
- Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation).
- Participate in project blueprint workshops to support requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and preparation of solution alternatives.
- Assist business users with specific data analytics, identify anomalies in business operation based on data and report the findings in a timely manner.
- Ability to support business in post-go-live stages of projects.
- Document business process, train users on proper usage of the system.
- Advise IT and Sr. Management of any issues along with proposal to address the same.
