What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Associate (Class of 2019-2021) position at Hydrogen Group?
We are currently working with a V20 law firm in the city looking to add a Corporate M&A lawyer with experience in public and private M&A (Required) and Private Equity (Beneficial).
The firm has maintained an excellent culture throughout and across all practice areas, the partners are great mentors and really take the time to invest in the lawyers they bring to their teams. The firm has an excellent New York office however there is much collaboration between their New York, Boston, and D.C. office. The ideal candidate would be someone who has stellar M&A experience across different industries/sectors, at a large law firm in New York. Ideally, you're someone in your 4th or 5th year of law firm career, looking for a significant shift in cultures, and much leaner teams yet wanting to join a well-renowned M&A practice.
