Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper-Business Manager located in Helena, MT. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as managing financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, overseeing payroll, and managing administrative functions related to business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record management, and financial statement preparation
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and budget management
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the environmental or engineering industry is a plus
