Position: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant - Mid

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and maintenance of scalable and sustainable architecture for Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Utilize proficiency in PowerApps, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services to architect and implement robust solutions
• Implement user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and integrations using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Implement integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems and application databases to ensure data flows
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support change management activities, including migration planning, version upgrades, and ensuring minimal disruption during system changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain US DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline.
• 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementation experience or other related software implementation experience.
• Experience re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining coding best practices
• Understanding of DevOps principles and implementation in an Azure environment
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Great communication skills to be able to communicate with users and stakeholders
• Not required, but a plus: Certified MS Dynamics 365/ Power App Professional
