Position Summary
As an Human Resources Specialist at Hyertek, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our people operations. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective talent management, employee development, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- For government-based roles, conduct and coordinate comprehensive background checks and security screenings to ensure candidates meet all federal and organizational security requirements.
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
Support benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Training & Development
Identify skills gaps and assist in creating training programs that address development needs.
HR Administration & Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate employee records, including HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
Culture & Engagement
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
