The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding business/department needs and goals and creating data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions.
What you will be doing
- Provide data and reporting for analyses on relating to business needs gathered from key internal business stakeholders.
- Create and analyze monthly executive management reports
- Query data warehouses and create standard ad hoc reports for end users using spreadsheets, macros, and reporting writing tools
- Provide end user training. Provide training and guidance on how to interpret and apply data
- Perform and analyze data integrity audits
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine requirements and participate projects that generated required intelligence with general oversight
- Assist with training new analysts on internal processes, data warehouse use, reporting and data infrastructure
- Administer reporting portal including page design, security, report libraries, and content additions, revisions and deletions

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience as a Data Analyst
- Experience with Data Platforms (Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Windows and Office Proficient
- Good oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as other areas
- Good attention to detail, facilitation and project management skills
