The primary role of the Production Coordinator will be to assist the Producers on project development and execution. This role will require self sufficiency, strong communication skills and timeline management. Working closely with the Producers, you will be fulfilling tasks to assure the ease and efficiency of all projects.
\n- Research and secure permits
- Support producers with set, location, and casting logistics
- Department administration including processing invoices and budget tracking
- Liaise remotely with field producers and third-parties during productions
- Track deliverables through post-production
- Liaise with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of production
- Assist with coordination and communication with other internal departments
- Assist creative producers with project deliverables as needed
- Support the production department with operational needs
- Eager to learn – Having a positive attitude and amenable to sometimes mundane tasks in order to gain real-world hands-on experience.
- Resourceful – Has the hustle in order to get tasks done, despite prohibiting factors in a timely manner
- Autonomous – The ability to take direction, but needs a little management and oversight to get the job done

The Production Coordinator role salary typically ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, plus discretionary bonus compensation. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
