The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for activities in several key areas including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, benefits management and assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
What You'll Do :
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to create meaningful application processes
- Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and track candidates
- Manage job postings in ADP WFN and coordinate job fairs
- Extend offers and handle employment verifications
