ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Oversee daily operations within the service organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of all service-related activities.
Manage service coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Lead efforts to expand service offerings through partnerships with external vendors and service partners.
Collaborate with customers to identify new service opportunities and develop tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
Oversee the management of service spares inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for deployment.
Provide guidance and technical support to service teams and partners as needed.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing service organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in service operations, preferably within the electrical distribution or related industry.
Previous management experience required, including direct oversight of teams or programs.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Familiarity with service spares management, software, and firmware updates.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and external partners effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
