About The Role :
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office. As a key member of our growing team, you will oversee office management, administrative support, and general operations to create a productive and welcoming work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in creating an efficient and well-functioning workplace.
This role requires the candidate to reside in the United States. Team members are expected to work in-person in the San Francisco Bay Area at least 75% of the time.
Responsibilities :
- Office Operations : Manage office logistics, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Vendor & Facilities Management : Oversee relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers to ensure a seamless office experience.
- Administrative Support : Assist the executive team and broader team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Event & Culture Management : Plan and execute in-office events, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations to foster a strong workplace culture.
- IT & Equipment Coordination : Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and support for a smooth onboarding experience, coordinating with IT service providers as needed.
- Travel & Expense Management : Assist with travel bookings, reimbursements, and expense tracking for the team.
- HR & Onboarding Support : Assist with new hire onboarding, maintain employee records, and help implement workplace policies.
- General Operations Support : Work closely with the Operations and People teams to improve office efficiency and employee experience.
