We are a leading provider of document workflow automation software, empowering growing organizations to streamline their document processes. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to close new business with SMB clients through full-cycle sales, leveraging a high volume of inbound leads.
Job Duties:
- Manage the full sales cycle for qualified SMB leads (11-200 employees), from initial contact to contract closure.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets using value-based sales techniques.
- Proactively prospect leads through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) to schedule discovery calls and product demos.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs and demonstrate how our solution addresses their challenges.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including qualification, evaluation, and purchase.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline, progressing prospects through each stage.
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and closing metrics.
Ideal Background:
- 5 years of direct B2B application/solution sales experience, consistently meeting quota.
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Experience managing multi-touch sales cycles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with multi-threaded decision-making.
- Competitive mindset.
- Experience with SFDC, SalesLoft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with SPICED or SPIN sales methodologies.
- Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads (SDR/BDR roles).
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, SFA, or marketing software.
