We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dealer Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions to the automotive sales industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving growth.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with dealers.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support on our products and services.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.

Ideal Background:

  • 3 years of experience in the automotive SaaS industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sales SaaS industry and dealership operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed
