We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Support Representative to support one of our top performing and tenured Agents in our Fuquay office! As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and marketing support to our valued policyholders.
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, including reviewing existing accounts, processing rewrites and updates, and promoting new business opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maintain and grow our customer base
- Perform underwriting functions, interpreting policy coverage and provisions, and advising clients on policy options
- Schedule appointments and maintain a referral and expiration date system to drive new business sales
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide office support and member service as needed, including assisting with personnel shortages and peak periods of activity
- Work onsite in our Fuquay Office 5 days per week during normal business hours, 8:30-5:00.
Ideal Background:
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain NC Property & Casualty insurance licenses within 45-60 days of hire
- Willingness to attend required training schools and complete pre-licensing courses
