VP of Business Development - Auto Lenders
The VP of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy. This includes identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and bringing new auto lenders into our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, as well as a deep understanding of the auto lending industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's business development strategy
- Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Close deals and manage the sales process
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify trends
- Develop and implement marketing and sales plans
- Manage a small team of sales professionals
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development in the auto lending industry
- Strong sales and marketing skills directed towards to auto lenders (not dealerships...yet)
- Expansive network and tight relationships with auto lenders & financing providers
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
