Our Solutions Engineering team is the heart of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. We're here to tackle the big, complex challenges that our customers face and help them realize the full potential of our platform.
We're not just making slides and sales pitches - we're in the trenches, working hands-on with our clients to build demo tools, prove the value of our platform, and solve tricky use cases that no one else can.
You'll be the one showing off how flexible, scalable, and downright powerful our platform is in real-time demos, and you'll be ready to tackle tough challenges on the fly.
What's the Mission?
As a Solutions Engineer at hyperexponential, you'll be key to helping our customers fall in love with hx Renew. You'll become a trusted advisor who builds deep relationships with prospects, earns their trust, and turns them into long-term partners.
You'll be the expert everyone turns to - you know hx Renew inside-out, and you're always pushing its limits to find innovative solutions. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of the insurance industry to show customers exactly what's possible (and sometimes, the impossible).
But it doesn't stop there. You'll collaborate with teams across the company - from Sales to Product to Marketing - and actively engage in building the local tech community. You'll be joining forces with actuaries, developers, and other industry experts to host meetups, webinars, and conferences, and create an amazing network right here in New York.
