Hiring locations: In-home case supervision in Lompoc, Santa Maria, and surrounding area.
Clinical Supervisor (BCBA or Masters level in fieldwork program)
- Full-time clinical supervisor to conduct FBAs and oversee home-based and school-based ABA programs.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience, from 78,000 (if board certified; fieldwork candidates follow different pay scale)
- Looking for a professional clinician with leadership experience. Technical skill is important, but of equal or greater importance are soft skills. If you are relatable, flexible, empathetic, and can think broadly about case conceptualization, then you are the candidate we are looking for!

WHO YOU ARE
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- BCBA or QBA certification preferred
- TB clearance required
- DOJ background clearance required
- Experience supervising behavior therapists
- Experience supervising associate/mid-tier clinical supervisors
- Skilled in designing ABA program curricula
- Fluent in designing and implementing behavior plans
- Fluent in Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, Naturalistic Teaching, and other teaching methods
- Knowledge of typical child development
- Experience conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Familiar with graphing data
- Demonstrate sophisticated writing skills, especially in the area of assessment report writing and progress report writing
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Create & oversee ABA treatment programs that align with Hyperion's values and our belief in teaching contextually and flexibly
- Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Design, model, and oversee behavior support plans
- Write age-appropriate and socially significant goals for each client
- Develop parent goals and conduct parent training
- Write high quality assessment reports and progress reports for various funding sources
- Data analysis and data graphing
- Train, supervise, and evaluate behavior therapists
- Facilitate team meetings
- Model appropriate teaching skills to therapists and families
- Follow company protocols and deadlines
- Meet regularly with clinical director to review caseload and client programs
