Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead (W2 Only- Ony and GC)
Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract
Location: Fort Wayne, IN- Hybrid
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Training Lead to create and deliver training programs for employees using Oracle Cloud ERP, which is a business management system used for finance, HR, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for helping users understand the system, creating training materials, and ensuring employees can effectively use the software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and easy-to-follow training materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses.
- Train employees on how to use Oracle Cloud ERP effectively.
- Stay updated on system updates and best practices to improve training content.
- Work closely with different departments to understand training needs and make sure employees are comfortable using the system.
- Provide ongoing support to users and answer any questions they have after training.
Who We're Looking For:
- At least five years of experience training users on Oracle Cloud ERP or similar business software.
- Experience creating training materials and conducting workshops.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to teach employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
