Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Administrator to join our growing team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM environments. This role will work closely with our internal DevOps team and external implementation partners to ensure a smooth migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and ongoing system support.
This position requires deep knowledge in Oracle SaaS application administration, including user access and security, technical object migrations, patching, monitoring, environment refreshes, and support of BIP, ESS, BICC, OIC, and VBCS integrations. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Oracle EPM and OTM and understand the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM environments
- Manage SaaS Oracle Applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Oversee system monitoring, patching, environment refreshes, configurations, and outages
- Manage user access, auditing, and custom security role design
- Collaborate with external vendors to configure and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to implementations, environment performance, and user access
- Support technical object migrations including BIP, ESS, BICC, and OIC components
- Participate in and support Redwood UX, OIC, and VBCS-related administration tasks
- Understand and support DevOps integration patterns
- Maintain secure access and ensure compliance with Oracle RMC (Risk Management Cloud)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of ERP administration experience
- At least 3 years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Familiarity with OIC and VBCS, especially in support and monitoring capacities
- Understanding of integration patterns and DevOps toolchains
- Experience with Oracle RMC and managing SaaS application security
- Knowledge of Oracle SaaS patching cycles and release management
- Experience with migrating configurations and import/export of backups in SaaS environments
Additional Notes:
- This role is part of a DevOps-focused team supporting Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and migration
- The team manages application infrastructure but does not handle direct development; configuration is completed by an external vendor (Accenture)
- Candidate must work with vendors to identify configuration requirements, oversee implementations, and assist with issue resolution post-deployment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to bridge between internal teams and external partners
