Responsibilities:
- Prepare SEC filings (quarterly/annual) & disclosures.
- Research & document technical accounting matters.
- Liaise with external auditors & ensure compliance.
- Implement new accounting standards & policies.
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree; CPA (preferred or in progress).
- 3 years in SEC reporting
- Strong GAAP, SEC, lease, & revenue recognition knowledge. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
