Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
- Review and process project documents, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Support the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and other project-related documents.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and up to date.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
