 hyrUP is working with the leadership team of a successful HVAC/Electrical company looking for an experienced Office Manager/Executive Admin to join their team.

Job Title: Office Manager/Executive Administrator
Location: Rockville, MD (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: Up to $80,000 base
Industry: HVAC & Electrical Services

A rapidly growing organization in the HVAC and Electrical services industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to join their team. The company is in the process of integrating multiple businesses and implementing new technology to enhance operations. Position Overview:
The Executive Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office management and provide administrative support to executives and team members

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence

  • Assist with integration efforts as the company merges multiple businesses

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support leadership with administrative tasks

  • Ensure operational efficiency through effective communication and organization

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in office management or administrative support, preferably within the HVAC, electrical, or related industry

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Experience with bookkeeping is a plus and will be considered
