hyrUP is working with the leadership team of a successful HVAC / Electrical company looking for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Admin to join their team.
Job Title : Office Manager / Executive Administrator
Location : Rockville, MD (On-site, 5 days / week)
Salary : Up to $80,000 base
Industry : HVAC & Electrical Services

Position Overview :
The Executive Administrator will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee office management and provide administrative support to executives and team members
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
Assist with integration efforts as the company merges multiple businesses
Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support leadership with administrative tasks
Ensure operational efficiency through effective communication and organization
Qualifications & Skills :
Prior experience in office management or administrative support, preferably within the HVAC, electrical, or related industry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Experience with bookkeeping is a plus and will be considered
