Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented, (Hybrid) Business Analyst, Global Digital Platforms at our facility located in Greenville, NC.
This role is essential to the successful implementation of HYMH transformational initiatives and the development of global dashboards across all functional areas. It will have a direct, global influence on both the digital strategy and its execution, making the strategic and financial impact of this position highly significant.
HYMH’s digital business strategy aims to identify and leverage emerging technologies, such as advanced analytics and the Industrial Internet of Things - (IIoT), to create innovative business models and secure competitive advantages that enhance the Customer Experience (CX). This position will play a key role in supporting the manager by translating the digital strategy into actionable product requirements and overseeing the rollout and implementation of these products.

- Supporting the Data Governance effort
- Act as a liaison between the Data Governance team and business

- Understand the requirements of the business
- Act as a liaison between the developers and business

What you will do:
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that provide value-added business benefits.
- Collaborate with management and Global Digital Platforms staff to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of requests and projects.
- Act as a liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solutions and provide expert technical guidance.
- Consult, review, and analyze business information to efficiently determine appropriate solutions.
- Understand business challenges and opportunities within the context of requirements, recommending solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes and propose improvements across a wide spectrum of operations.
What you will need:
- Bachelors, strongly preferred
- A bachelor’s degree accompanied by at least five years of relevant business experience, preferably within the industry, is required.
- Alternatively, candidates without a degree may qualify with ten or more years of relevant business experience, with industry experience preferred.
Skills, Experience & Abilities:
- Good Business Acumen, preferred
- Possess Business Analyst skills
- Project Management Skills, Agile & Waterfall Methodology
- Excellent PC Skills – MS Window and Office, preferred.
- PM Tool Skills, Wrike preferred.
- Understanding of various business areas within HYG, preferred
