Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Dealer Support Manager based at our Americas Headquarters located in Greenville, North Carolina.
- Please note, this is a field-based position and requires more than 50% travel at times.
What you will do:
- Elevate Dealer Satisfaction: Maintain high dealer satisfaction scores by addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Use feedback from dealers to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, product offerings, and service delivery.
- Achieve Sales Objectives: Support dealers in meeting or exceeding their sales goals, contributing to overall market share growth.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Ensure a high first-contact resolution rate while minimizing escalations by proactively addressing dealer concerns.
- Streamline Support Processes: Improve operational efficiency through enhanced workflows and feedback loops to reduce costs and improve dealer experiences.
- Monitor and Report Trends: Track and analyze dealer issues to identify patterns, work with stakeholders to address potential problems, and prevent customer churn.
- Enhance Offerings: Collaborate with dealers to refine and improve product and service offerings based on actionable feedback.

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 7 years of customer service and operational experience or relevant business experience
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Case Management, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
- Industry Expertise: Understanding of the lift truck industry, truck applications, dealer operations, and sales and service management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
