Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Marketing Operations Analyst based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
- Manage marketing platforms, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, focusing on customer segmentation, analytics, and reporting.
- Perform regular and ad hoc data cleanup to maintain accuracy and integrity across platforms and business processes.
- Analyze marketing ROI and the lead lifecycle using tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI, creating ad hoc reports to support marketing and sales teams.
- Manage and resolve inquiries from digital touchpoints, including form submissions and online chat, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Test and monitor marketing journeys to evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Import and update accounts, contacts, and leads provided by marketing and sales teams to maintain accurate and organized data.

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required with 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing in lieu of a degree.

- Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate marketing technologies.
- Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills to prioritize and act on sales and marketing reporting.
- Experience with multi-channel digital and social technologies.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.
