Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Marketing Operations Analyst based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do :

Manage marketing platforms, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, focusing on customer segmentation, analytics, and reporting.

Perform regular and ad hoc data cleanup to maintain accuracy and integrity across platforms and business processes.

Analyze marketing ROI and the lead lifecycle using tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI, creating ad hoc reports to support marketing and sales teams.

Manage and resolve inquiries from digital touchpoints, including form submissions and online chat, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Test and monitor marketing journeys to evaluate their effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Import and update accounts, contacts, and leads provided by marketing and sales teams to maintainaccurate and organized data.

What you will need :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required with 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

7-10 years of experience in digital marketing in lieu of a degree.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate marketing technologies.

Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills to prioritize and act on sales and marketing reporting.

Experience with multi-channel digital and social technologies.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.
