What You Will Do
- Follow the complete requirements from the definition phase through to proper and complete documentation. Work as a liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. Execute process redesign and improvement activities, incorporating best practices.
- Lead projects using Technical Project Management (TPM) to ensure deliverables meet specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly and provide mutual assistance with other technology groups.
- Manage your own work tasks with the assistance of your supervisor/manager and communicate work activities. Adhere to formal IT policies and procedures.
- Recommend and deliver solutions that align with regulatory requirements.
- Understand business initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic planning and goals.
- Analytical Thinker: You excel at analyzing complex problems and finding effective solutions.
- Effective Communicator: You have strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Team-Oriented: You work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in your work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: BS Degree with 4 years’ experience, 2-year degree with 7 years’ experience or 10 years’ experience in lieu of no degree
- Experience in basic project management control techniques (project work plan, scope control, task dependencies, etc.)
- Understanding and application of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in business analysis, including eliciting and managing requirements, and formulating solutions.
- Knowledge of audit and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with Windows products.
