Location : Cary, North Carolina, 27513 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite, Monday / Friday remote)
Pay : $56 -$63 / hr on W2 (DOE)
Contract : W2; 6 months contract (possibility of extension or conversion)
Client : Fortune 25 company headquartered in Cupertino / Santa Clara / Silicon Valley.
Job Description :
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support and work with the supply chain solutions team to apply a blend of technical expertise and business intelligence. This individual will need to have strong project management skills. They will need to be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage timeline and delivery of projects in relation to the reports and dashboards being developed. You will interact directly with multi-functional teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Operations to define, build and roll-out innovative technology and business processes. This includes understanding business problems, converting to solution requirements and execution of the solution. You will own multiple projects aimed at improving supply chain strategies and addressing our evolving business needs.
You will analyze legacy systems and interfaces and collaborate with software developers and business teams to design new and advanced cross-platform solutions. This will include implementation, improvements, maintenance, and training.
- At least 5-8 years total IT experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on professional supply chain experience in data-rich analysis and complex models
- knowledge of commonly used supply chain models and heuristics with experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative solution
- Experience with data analytics, Working with Tableau and other reporting technologies to develop, create and present reports and dashboards to the business stakeholders. Experience with data analytics, dashboards, Tableau required.
- Working with Data warehouse sources such as Snowflake or similar to pull data to power the dashboard
- Demonstrate strong project management skills. Stakeholder communication and engagement, the ability to present on timelines and results through the use and creation of dashboards and reports.
- Ability to lead impactful programs independently under concurrent deadlines
- Experience defining technical requirements and developing reports and dashboard solutions to provide meaningful insights.
- Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners, including the ability to explain analytical outcomes and technical roadblocks in business terms.
